Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and in resellable condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team support@bagsbeauty.in with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used, damaged, or washed items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or whatsapp.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

  1. Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. We will ship the substitution product to you within 5-7 working days of receiving it. You can submit an exchange request by emailing hello support@bagsbeauty.in. You will inherit an assent mail from us within 24 hours if the request is accepted
  2. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs for the return and resend.
  3. A pick-up will be scheduled, and a label will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, which must be printed and attached to the package for reverse pick-up.
  4. If you must ship the package yourself, please include your name, phone number, address, and order number on the package.
  5. Orders can only be returned in their original packaging. You must have to send the opening video for exchange.
  6. No return or exchange request will be accepted if submitted after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  7. Exchanges are not permitted if product is used or damaged, the product was customized for you, or the order is composed of more than 100 individual items.
  8. For free shipping products, our logistic partner's actual shipping charges for sending and returning will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Fulfilment: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at +91 7041254444

Under no circumstances shall bagsbeauty be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if bagsbeauty or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

License Types & Template Usage

All our templates inherit the GNU general public license from HTML. All .PSD & CSS files are packaged separately and are not licensed under the GPL 2.0. Instead, these files inherit bagsbeauty Personal Use License. These files are given to all Clients on a personal use basis. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind. You can’t use one of our themes on a HTML domain. More on HTML Vs CSS, you can read here.
