RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In case, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. You may return it to us for a full refund or One-time exchange. Customer satisfaction remains our first priority and we ensure that no compromises are made on quality.

Please click on Return / Exchange on our homepage. We have a generous 7 days Return/Exchange Policy. We shall ask you to mention the reason for return so that we can work on product improvement.

  • If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can go to Return / Exchange portal link on our website within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. For Return or One time Exchange we shall arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin -codes). Below options are available for such Returns or Exchange requests.
  • If you wish to Exchange only for size you can select the first option and choose the new size of same product.
  • for COD orders. : Store Credit – An amount equal to the product value shall be added to your 'Artemis Account' . This credit amount can be used when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and the return is validated.
  • In case of Instant Exchange you will get the store credit immediately and you can place order of New item using same store credit.
  • For Pre-paid orders : Bank Refund - The amount per product is refunded in your bank account. We need following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch to process the refund. Refund process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

REFUNDS ARE MADE AS FOLLOWS:

  • For COD orders : If the payment was made by COD then the refund will made in the form of a store credit
  • For Prepaid orders - If the payment was made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount will be credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason (due to any reason owing to customer or the courier company's mistake), responsibility lies on the customer to contact House of Artemis to arrange for the pick-up again. Failure to contact timely to arrange the reverse pick-up again may lead to rejection for exchange/return request. Return requests will only be entertained if the customer has accepted an un-tampered package. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or store credit (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of our receiving of the return package from you. House of Artemis will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by House of Artemis and accept House of Artemis’s decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer and will result in the customer being blacklisted for future purchases. Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. For repeated return of products from a customer i.e. more than 50% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders will be non-cancellable and non-returnable. Afterwards, all future orders will be processed on mentioned conditions. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Items bought on SALE / PROMOTIONS will not be eligible for return/refund. We will happily exchange it one time without any cost.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

If under any circumstances you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at +91 9879111491 & Email us on support@bagsbeauty.in.

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, the full amount shall be refunded to the card used for making the payment.
  • Requests for cancellation will not be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Order Cancellation request after dispatch is not possible. If customer does not accept the order delivery and it is returned to us then 200 Rs. shipping charges may be collected from customer for shipping cost of cancellation of dispatched order.

Under no circumstances shall bagsbeauty be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if bagsbeauty or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

License Types & Template Usage

All our templates inherit the GNU general public license from HTML. All .PSD & CSS files are packaged separately and are not licensed under the GPL 2.0. Instead, these files inherit bagsbeauty Personal Use License. These files are given to all Clients on a personal use basis. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind. You can’t use one of our themes on a HTML domain. More on HTML Vs CSS, you can read here.
